to let you know, i just got an approval notice in mail today; was approved on the 17th, 128 days. i didn't get any other notification, unlike with noaa1. wish you all the best of luck...

My Case Timeline (I-130)

03/19/07: We met

01/03/09: He proposed =D

07/17/10: Married, yay!

USCIS: VSC (188 days)

10/04/10: Sent I-130

10/12/10: NOA1 (Received text/email with receipt #)

10/14/10: "Touched"

10/16/10: NOA1 (Received hard copy I-797C)

04/18/11: NOA2 (Received text/email):D

04/22/11: NOA2 (Received hard copy I-797C)

NVC

04/25/11: NVC received my original petition

05/05/11: Received NVC Case # and IIN; gave them our emails

05/07/11: Sent DS 3032 email

05/07/11: AOS fee invoiced and paid

05/09/11: NVC accepts husband's DS-3032 email

05/10/11: AOS fee shows up as paid

05/10/11: IV fee invoiced and paid

05/11/11: Sent AOS package via overnight mail

05/12/11: IV fee shows up as paid

05/12/11: AOS package delivered (per usps tracking website)

05/14/11: Sent IV package via overnight mail

It's more than a little heartbreaking seeing all of those June, July and August NOA1 dates in the last 15 approvals list. I just hit 3 months yesterday it's been absolute torture. I read this thread everyday and people like marjus's girl, giamimigio and a few others have really been a help to me. I just thought you all should know that. In real life, I just get the constant question of when or what's the status and it's not really helpful at all.

Jan-2009 - Met online

Mar-2009 - Became a couple

Sep-2009 - Met in person (2 weeks in Jakarta)

Jan-2010 - Denied B1 visa

Mar-2010 - Engaged

Oct-2010 - Married

Nov-2010 - Filed I-130

Thanks for posting this!! I didn't know this was out there! It's a lot easier to look at than configuring all that stuff under IR CR Visa and dates under Immigration Timelines.

Igor's list is a MUST -know for VJers... It's our shrine, basically I pilgrimage there every morning to check out who got a NOA 2 today...

12-14-2010 - Check for I-130 Package Cleared.

12-17-2010 - NOA1 (Hard Copy) Received.

02-28-2011 - Touch (For Entering Case Number into System)

03-18-2011 - Visited Hubby in Nicaragua for 9 Days

04-12-2011 - NOA2 ~ 132 DAYS!!!

04-13-2011 - NOA2 Notification Email

04-16-2011 - NOA2 Hard Copy Arrives

I haven't been paying much attention to the timeline estimates. I just feel soooo bad for all of you that have had to wait so long. I am seriously saddened at what you all have had to go through and put up with. I am glad that they are pushing the transfer cases out though, it appears like they are making good progress. I hope that touch means you have an approval on your way.

I am curious about whether they have come up with an expedited process for the NVC stage for all of the transfers. There really ought to be at this point.

Jan-2009 - Met online

yeah noticed that.. :blink: so just trying to use igors list since i can't view on uscis either..lol.. :unsure: but i'm very happy to see the july/august filers getting approved.. :thumbs:

i have been checking this topic 100 times a day to see any new approval but it seems we have wait bit longer to get approvals. I am hoping for next month

USCIS journey:

07/25/2010 - Nikah Day

11/10/2010 - sent I-130

11/15/2010- Priority Date

11/18/2010- Notice Date

03/16/2011- Case has been updated on website

04/20/2011- Received NOA2 approval email (Finally)

153 days from our NOA1 to NOA2 .

NVC Journey

04/05/2011: Received NVC Case #

05/30/2011 - Emailed DS3032 ( moving at snail's pace i know )

06/03/2011 - AOS fee Paid

06/03/2011 - Acceptance of DS3032

Well tomorrow is deadline for July/Aug filers to get processed..but from what I've read still alot are waiting...hope we all get our approvals soon!! I hope to hear alot of approvals this week ....fingers crossed.. :thumbs:

It's a statistics game. 7 months + 3 months wait averages to 5 months wait. It's a ploy to keep the average at 5months while rushing people through the system. I hope that they're not just kicking the can down the road so to speak and not processing Oct/Nov people to keep the stats looking good for them.
