Hi guys/gals,

Just got my text and email notification that NOA2 was approved! They said they mailed the notice today, the 17th. My NOA1 date was October 22nd. Less than 4 months, I got lucky. Now I have to figure out what to do with NVC since I sent USCIS my originals by mistake(duh!). Darnell and Loto both gave me some good advice, just wondering if anyone made that error as well. Good luck to everyone, this must be a good sign for Oct/Nov filers. God bless.

Congrats!

Best bet is to order certified copies of the things you sent. if you sent things like passport you may be able to somehow request them back from USCIS

well called to check status, since I can't see online and was told everything fine with case and should be processed by April... :bonk: hope not thinking is just standard answer ..but so far not getting a rfe is good news.. :P

To our VJ friends: I would like to congratulate and ditto the above. (Our NOA1 10/21) Friday 2/18 just received text and e mail. Went into site and found we received acceptance and letter in the mail. I updated my timeline so should figure into the statistics. Good luck and God Speed to all.

Congrats! Still looking for those early approvals! My password update is on 6 days now. I refuse to do it until the last minute! Hoping ALL of CSC-TSC get done by the promised date (i believe March 1.)Then hopefully processing gets back to normal!

I think they are referring to the big issue that happenened recently when csc sent thousands of cases to tsc and back again that is in the alerts i believe on the uscis website that says have the cases completed by march 1st...

ohh ok thx just read the notice. but how do i find out if they send my file to TSC iam asking this question because i dident recive any text or email about the transfering

We didnt' either so I'm guessing unless you received a letter you remained at CSC...
