There seem to be a lot of people here who see the view the more recent filers who have gotten approved before the 5 month timeframe as the "enemy". I'm sure there isn't a single Sept/Oct filer that is

I think they have started doing approvals for the November filers . Because last few oct filers had noa dated end of the oct so am hoping it's November filers turn now and I'm hoping for speedy approvals . Good luck novella and everyone whose case has been touched .

07/25/2010 - Nikah Day

11/10/2010 - sent I-130

11/15/2010- Priority Date

11/18/2010- Notice Date

03/16/2011- Case has been updated on website

04/20/2011- Received NOA2 approval email (Finally)

153 days from our NOA1 to NOA2 .

NVC Journey

04/05/2011: Received NVC Case #

05/30/2011 - Emailed DS3032 ( moving at snail's pace i know )

06/03/2011 - AOS fee Paid

06/03/2011 - Acceptance of DS3032

Happy valentines day my friends :) let's pray and hope that we shall be together with our loved ones before next valentines and spend everyday as a valenines day.it sucks being so away from someone I love but vision of beautiful future keeps me happy :) stay blessed and happy

No action with me, but as of yesterday the USCIS site is prompting me to change my password! Im praying this is the one and only time I will be prompted to do this! Timeline is also back to showing sometime in April. It looked so nice when it was saying late Feb!

But most importantly, HAPPY VALENTINES DAY! Dont know about you guys but im trying to see the positive here. All this time apart REALLY makes me appreciate hubby. I hear friends moaning about dirty socks and X-Box playing hubby's and all im thinking is "i want that"!! I hope I will always retain some memory of this feeling so I dont ever take even the silly things for granted! (Although hopefully less of the dirty socks :whistle: )

04/08/11: I-130 APPROVAL!!

27/04/11: Emailed Choice of Agent form

~{gap as I spent the summer in England}~

03/11/11: Paid AOS and IV fees

04/11/11: AOS and IV fees shown as PAID

08/11/11: AOS Packet sent

09/11/11: IV Packet sent

18/11/11: RFE received requesting AOS packet (which had already been sent)

21/11/11: RFE received requesting 2010 tax return

22/11/11: Sent 2010 tax return

29/11/11: CASE COMPLETE!!!

26 days through NVC

EMBASSY

10/12/11: Medical @ Bentnick Mansions

30/01/12: Interview @ 9am [APPROVED!!]

01/02/12: Passport with visa inside, and medical packet arrive via courier

02/03/12: Flight to Denver!

yes i feel the same way..i hope i keep a touch of this experience with me and anytime the little things or i guess big things for that matter(lol) gets to me ..i will remember how i felt without my husband..and it will make me appreciate the now with him:):) Happy valentines to you too..!! :thumbs:

Congrats on the approvals!

I just checked my stuff online and got touched on 02/11/2011. It makes me nervous... I'm worried I'll be getting an RFE =(

Yeah keep an eye on that!!! We got touched oct 27th three days later hard copy showed up in the mail approved oct 27th,,,same day as touch!!!Good luck :thumbs:

If you see a date change on USCIS, you've been touched.

I am sorry, but I still can't understand where to look for "touch". I am checking our petition process here: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do

Maybe somebody can show me another place?? Where to look the date change on USCIS??

My date keeps moving farther and farther away. Are people maybe not updating their timelines as they get approvals?

I was wondering that too..mine is almost to 6 month mark now... :crying: Hopefully its just a minor set back because they got july/aug filers but then again i'm not seeing any of them posting approvals either:(
