Uhhhhhh this is all SO ridiculous! The transfer from TSC back to CSC surely cant be logical! One person has received the letter which states that it can take 30 days for it to be tranferred over.

I truly believe they are going to approve the TSC people (and if they dont, I dont think their patience is going to last much longer) and then create a backlog for us as well!

I dont understand HOW it can possibly take so long. Only 2 of the TSC approved have actually gotten their NVC case number, and the approvals are trickling in at less than one a day.

This is the most broken, ridiculous system I have EVER come across. If they had an office where we could meet face-to-face with them, this would not be happening, yet by phone and email they are much more anonymous. Its a shambles.

As you can tell, im throughly PEEVED with this wait and im only at 2 and a half months. I cant imagine what is going through the minds of the TSC folk. This is surely a form of torture

yes...lots of our petitions are going to be sent back. USCIS made a huge error and now they are finally acknowledging it. We will be taking priority over existing petitions because people have waited 6-7 months already (ive waited 7 months and 6 days), but that does not mean that your petitions wont be processed within the 5 months timeline. If I am part of the group to be transferred back, I will be extremely happy....California is my home afterall! Best of luck to all, I am sure you will not have to wait past 5 months like we have had to.

Does this apply to cases which were originally applied to TSC and transferred to CSC ? I see 2 categories of transfers here

  • Petitioners who originally filed at CSC, Got transferred to TSC , Now being transferred back to CSC ( July /August )
  • Petitioners originally filed at TSC, Transferred to CSC ( Oct / Nov)

I am just baffled by this exercise which they are doing and can't understand the logic behind all these. If they were transferring cases from CSC to TSC to enable faster processing, why would they attempt to do the reverse with TSC filers in Oct/ Nov.

Anyone inputs from Gurus here who could unravel this would be helpful !

Honestly, this brought tears to my eyes. I am SO glad they're holding themselves accountable and are making moves to get you guys approved. best of luck!!!

TSC filers in Oct/ November are not being transferred over...only July/ August filers who were originally at CSC then were transferred to TSC to "speed up processing". The whole speed up processing didnt work so they are sending them back to their original home lol

Aw just ignore them , they want drama , there is so much "hatred " going on in their thread for oct/nov filers that i was bit shocked to see that , im sure not all of them are this kind of"funny" there are only few. Its sad that they could be so happy on some one's misery .

Hey I certainly don't hate anybody, no need to be vindictive! I agree there are a lot of bitter June/July filers. No need for low-blows and telling us we should have all did what Wade did. Most of us did contact all the same people he did, but Wade had a very good case. It was bull that he wasn't approved months ago considering what he's going through.

I don't have a story like Wade, so I can't really complain much. BUT I would never wish a 7 month wait on anyone, so good luck post July filers, Im sure it will be a smooth ride.
