My wife is a teacher in Bucuresti, and she'll likely finish teaching the semester. So for us, the wait isn't so tied to USCIS.

11/07/2010: NOA1, Priority Date

11/16/2010: I-797C, Notice of Action received

03/15/2011: Touched

04/10/2011: Sent email to my Democrat congressman

04/26/2011: NOA2 - Approved

04/30/2011: NOA2 - Received in mail

05/06/2011: NVC received case from USCIS

05/06/2011: NVC case number assigned

05/09/2011: Received IIN and Beneficiary ID number via email

My wife is a teacher in Bucuresti, and she'll likely finish teaching the semester. So for us, the wait isn't so tied to USCIS.

for us is kinda the same,I'll be done with college in june so,i'll have to be here (Romania) until then,but it would be nice to see things moving.

Did you saw how mad is our romanian fellow on those who got approved ahead of them? :bonk:

I'm using a co-sponsor and I am going to send in paystubs with my I864. I read it should be at least 6 months of paystubs.

anybody here using co-sponsors? are you sending in pay-stubs? does it have to be 12 months?

I don't have any kids, and the only minor that lives with me is my younger sister, who is claimed as a dependent by my dad.

As an August filer who is still waiting for God knows how long more :rofl: I wish everyone here speedy approvals. I hope you guys don't go through what we're going through and just a side note to all of you, having your file transferred to another service center is NOT a good thing as we all (CSC to TSC transfers) thought it was :rofl:
