logically thinking NVC would i guess process them as they receive them irrespective of priority date, i guess the priority date is important during the NOA1 to NOA2 step but at NVC stage i don't think so but i could be wrong, i don't see a reason why they will hold the approved petitions which will in turn cause another backlog.

just my two cents...

i agree...petitioners shouldn't have to pay for USCIS's screw up!

All I was saying is that I hope they process them so that the people who have been waiting longer get processed first. I am certainly not hoping they hold onto anyone's until the others arrive.

I can't speak for everyone else here with any authority at all, but I've been reading these forums every day and I'd be very surprised if there was more than a -very- small minority of people who are 'happy' or 'thankful' for the horrible situation you folks that got transferred to TSC have to put up. I can't imagine how hard it is, and I really do hope you all get approved immediately. Had any of us been given the choice of 'speeding up' our process by relegating those that went before us to some interminable TSC wait, I'm positive that the vast majority of people would have waited in line --- everyone on VJ has already demonstrated their willingness to wait and do the right thing merely by going through the I-130 process as opposed to breaking the law.

All that being said, I hope that this recent increase of "I just saw another October filer get approved, #######!, those jerks!" posts die down. If we could make the system right, we would. Nobody here wanted the TSC group to go through extra wait, we didn't ask to have a more efficient process at your loss, and its certainly not my desire to cut in line. I imagine it must be disheartening to see someone who filed later approved before you --- I would be disheartened too, honestly. But the injustice is from the USCIS, not from the Oct/Nov/Dec filers, and I think most of us would like the TSC group very much to get approved and move on to happy lives together with their spouses.

I really, honestly, wish that you all get approved immediately. And if you and I got approved today, I'd hope they'd start on your file first. I also hope that everyone in this mess of a process roots for one another, we should all be happy to see anyone approved. At the most selfish, its at least one more file off of someone's desk so ours can be there, at best, its another person we've been in the trenches with that has won the war.

It is disheartening to see someone who filed 3 months and 5 days after we did get approved before us.

Hopefully, the NVC is processing on the initial priority dates and not the order received.

The good news is that they are already starting to get aprovals out for us, finally!!They will have to aprove us soon, they already know they messed up...So if you think about it once they will start to fwd. ours to the NVC, it's going to be packed with july &aug petitions, so weather the oct/nov fillers like it or not they will have to wait before they will get a NVC#

they'll actually be put in line!

i hope that tomorrow morning i will find the usual posts about the date being changed on members timelines

That's exactly the point! Your time line will and should change based on priority!! Sept/Oct/Nov got the 3 months or less processing time fairytale ONLY because we got screwed!

maybe some should air out their frustrations to the USCIS and not the people who got their approvals on time

2-3 months it's NOT called ON TIME!! If it's 5 months than it should be so for everybody! And even if you get aproved by uscis doesn't mean that you will automaticaly fly though the NVC, there is a waiting time for that also!Hopefuly they will balace it out and the time that you saved in uscis you will wait @ NVC! Plenty of time for you to get your frustrations out right there!

why not take your exclamation points and your other grievances to the USCIS?

what i don't understand is you keep screaming at people here? is it any of our faults you were dealt your situation? did these people bribe anyone at the USCIS to get through before you? was there some secret way to cut in line ahead of you?

my point being is that maybe you should quit being bitter here because we are all in the same boat in this thread in terms of just being happy for the ones that get out of the USCIS and keeping positive in the hopes that we also get the chance to get through as quickly as possible.

so again. instead of pleading your case here, maybe you should call the USCIS and explain to them everything you have posted here. nobody in here can help you. we are all just waiting in line for our turn.

I don't understand ppl coming here yelling at us and complaining about sept oct and nov filers getting accepted...I'm sorry if anyone gets screwed in this process but anytime you have to wait for the one you love..you are getting screwed whether its one day or months..we are all here trying to stay positive and lift each others spirits..being bitter helps no one..it uscis fault not ours..I believe our forum says oct/nov filers..if you have a complaint maybe go complain on the forum that pertains to your situation..not trying to be mean..but this is a hard process and i need all the encouragement i can get and i hope to do the same for my fellow vj'ers..

c'mon people, don't you know how USCIS works, that don't really follow any rules, just theirs which i have no idea what they are,so don't blame the people who got approved ahead of others,it's really not their fault.Be positive and pray for USCIS workers to move faster!

Keep positive people, if you don't have anything positive or informational to add, please don't pollute others with your toxic feelings. It's ok to air it out but don't go looking for a fight with fellow VJ'ers please! It serves no purpose but to vent on innocent people. Don't rain on someones good fortune to make yourself feel better because that serves no purpose at all but to stoke your anger more and by bringing down others.

Remember Lotto's name.....Patience Paid Off........it does every time.

As a early July filer, I am happy that you will be renewed with your loved ones sooner than later. Im angry at USCIS, the whole transfer fiasco, and how they look good when they approve cases in 3 months, while others are waiting 7 months since their NOA1 like me...7 months and 2 days today for me. They look good in your eyes, but once a mass transfer happens, watch out...you will see USCIS at its worst, giving nonsense answers, sending you a letter saying if you havent heard anything in 9-12 months from the "service request" letter, call them. It really has made me lose any sort of confidence in our immigration system. Congratulations to all that have been approved..dont worry, Im not mad at you, just mad at the system. Its all good, the sun is shining and its a new day right? We have a reason to live everyday and that is what is the most important. Take care all of you!
