The passport stamps should be proof you've visited each other. The boarding passes/stubs/confirmations are good, too. As to photos, pick and choose. I'd probably only send about 20 or so. (this could also go for proof you've visited each other if you have photos of you two in both countries.) I would just do the chat history and leave out the Facebook and emails. And finally, echoing skynaut's post - all your affidavits must be signed in the presence of a notary.

I just mailed my I-130 and supporting documents this morning. I hope I did everything correctly. I sent in the following:

- Payment in the amount of $355.00

- I-130

- G-325A and 2 passport style photos (Petitioner)

- G-325A and 2 passport style photos (Beneficiary)

- All pages of U.S. Passport (Petitioner)

- Birth certificate (Petitioner)

- Birth certificate (Beneficiary)

- Certificate of Marriage

- Notarized affidavits pertaining to the marriage (One from my brother, one from her sister who was the maid of honor)

- Photos of the wedding and other times spent together substantiating the marriage

- Misc. documents and communications pertaining to the relationship

(Letters, 6 pages of various chat history, airline receipts, phone bills)

I sent my last Friday on the 15th, was a little crazy at the post office. But did it, now I don't have to carry around the paperwork with me to work and home. I kinda made a big stupid mistake, I didn't secure the paper work with a size mail box that fit. I however did use heavy duty paper clips. But the I'm pretty sure the papers are moving around.

So let's hope everyone get a NOA1 before this month ends.

Because she maybe had the intent to get married when she came to the US? And probably has a lot of things to organize at home before she can leave?

No big secrets really. We were on top of everything from the start. The NOA2 arrived after just about 3 months and we had an expedite granted by the embassy right after NVC was done, so I got an interview appointment like 2 weeks later. It would have taken a month longer I think, without that.

HI MSD.. how were you able to request for expedite from the embassy? do u request for this while its still in the NVC stage or when the case arrives at the embassy? thanks in advance

I submitted on Monday. Yesterday they cashed the check and sent me email&txt confirmation.

It looks like they are sending it to the California Service Center.

Now we wait......
