Hey everyone,

I got my NOA1 on Dec 10 (Dec 3rd priority date) for CSC, for my wife (UK Citizen). A few questions:

1.) Is there a rhyme or reason why our petition went to the CSC as opposed to the service center geographically closest to where I live (Pennsylvania)? I sent it to the Chicago Lockbox.

2.) As of this date USCIS Case Status system is still giving me the 'this receipt number is not valid' error, which I've seen a few others post about. Is this something I should be worried about?

September filer just approved today..no expediate....

my time line the same:)

I think there is a huge bunch of us due to the fact that the fees were going up.

i have not even been checking online due to the fact that that just makes people crazy IMHO

it's part of my routine. even though i'm with my wife and daughter here in Philippines, time's a tickin and i'll have to make my way back to the States in Feb. so if i think i'm going nuts checking that site here... wait til i get back home.

on a more positive note... a good amount of September filers are getting approved so that's a positive sign for all of us.

trust me no one of us wants to wait even 5 days but we have to. so sit tight , be patient and pray that whole procedure goes smoothly without any RFE. Good luck

who exactly does want to wait even a week?

so yeah.... we're all excited about september filers getting approved. hoping that we get a 3 month pass, but 2 months? that's just ridiculous whether you like waiting or not.
