My timeline changed again , its now February 17, 2011 and February 24, it was feb 19 to march 2 before. , 2011*. Thats crazy. Do these timelines really happen?

Yes, my timeline IMPROVED also. It was showing the standard 5 month wait, but now it says between February 7, 2011 and February 18, 2011

Now mine says between February 5, 2011 and February 12, 2011

I rather doubt it, though. The program crunches the numbers from recent records and spits out these numbers; however, it's not taking the holiday slowdowns into account. I'm hopeful, but realistic.

I dont understand why though. Have there been a big rush of early approvals to bring the average time down? i know quite a few expedited cases have gone through recently...

I was wondering the same thing if the expedited cases change things or if its California catching up since they moved files to TSC

i'm hoping that there's a lot more people who actually filled out their timelines who aren't actually active in the forum in terms of giving updates about their approvals.

these next few weeks are gonna be telling. either they come back from the holidays in a motivated mood or completely sluggish.

i'll be heading back to the U.S. next month and not looking forward to leaving my wife and daughter.

here's to them cranking it up and getting 130s approved in less than 5.

December is in my opinion was a slow month , because of holidays and Christmas and then new year . im hoping to see many many more approvals this month , including July filers who were transferred to TCS, it breaks my heart whenever i visit their thread.

I am hoping for the best for everyone and my prayers are with all of applicants. may we all be approved in early best possible time.

P:S my timeline is again back to February 19, 2011 and March 2, 2011*. GAH :crying:

Well the main reason the guys are seeing earlier timelines is because a LOT of the September filers already have their noa2's in hand. This in turn brings our timeline up drastically. If you look at September forum most are getting approvals in 3 months it is crazy. With that in mind that would mean by our calculation not USCIS that we SHOULD be next and done by end of January for Oct and Nov by end of Feb. But we know how USCIS does some crazy math But here is hoping i get my NOA2 when i arrive from my mini vacation with my wife the middle of this month.

Thats a good point though, are there ANY October/November filers out there who have been approved? those NOT expedited?
