Update: expedite request approved today on behalf of my senator. Maybe that noa will come soon.

Jan-2009 - Met online

Mar-2009 - Became a couple

Sep-2009 - Met in person (2 weeks in Jakarta)

Jan-2010 - Denied B1 visa

Mar-2010 - Engaged

Oct-2010 - Married

Nov-2010 - Filed I-130

Nope. Still waiting.... Maybe my turn is coming :unsure:

they are still dragging their feet ????

i guess they have no real order that they do things in just grab a stack of apps. & look them over. i hope yours isn't sitting on some bone-heads desk that is out sick or is on vacation MW. :crying: keep us posted

08/22/2011 IV fee paid

02/28/2012 medical done ONE DAY !!!

03/14/2012 VISA APPROVED : )))

Yes. I truly am. We have waited over two years now and it was getting the best of me, I think. I am so lucky he was willing to put up with me! Honestly I had the thought to myself....what if I am giving up on the only man in the world that could ever make me so happy? He is a god send in my life. And I love him so much. And he loves me with his whole heart. I had reached a point where I would just lay in my bed and cry for being so lonely and not being able to be with him. I suppose I am lucky we at least have skype. Funny thing is...before I got my approval I booked three more trips between now and march. I guess we will still enjoy some time in his country before he comes now. This process is very hard on new marriages but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now. I am very thankful to have had all of you to help and support me through all of this. My husband is really a wonderful man and I am looking forward to the rest of our lives together. It is prayers and encouragement fron you all that helped me to get through this. I dont think ive ever done or endured anything harder in my life. But we are one step closer now and I have a plane trip coming up. I am so looking forward to everything.

So this thread is now going to deal with the ups & downs of the NVC process :thumbs: ok let er rip
