well i got the fake rfe and operator told me my AOS package was reviewed and done, i told her sent IV last week and she said once its been reviewed and if okay, CC..i was worried about aos since im leaving for Albania Tuesday...thanks to the LORD , one less thing to worry about... :dance:

To all of you who have been of support through this process with me....thank you so much for that. I wish the best for all of you. My own visa journey has come to an end. I am withdrawing my petition.

I had heard this but did not know this was posted. I am so terrible sorry for you. I am still waiting for an NOA2 since November 15. The stress is overwhelming. I hope you are ok. Good Luck with your future endeavors.

i can't edit my last post .....silly computer :bonk:

anyhow I'm still in the nvc stage , that trip of mine cleaned out my savings & when i started this whole international dating thing i said i would do all of it with cash out of my pocket. I don't want to run up a bunch of stupid credit cards if i can help it.so i'll have to wait till my next paycheck arrives so i can pay our pals their $404 B-)

my wife will have the results for her nursing exam the 2nd week of sept.

also we have started her credential review so she can work as a nurse in new hampshire once she arrives. :thumbs:

You have a year from last contact with NVC before they close the petition. Say the last contact you made with NVC was to get your case number. You've got a year from that date to do stuff. :)

I am. I've waited over two years so far and every minute of the waiting has been torture. My frustration almost cost me everything there for a few days. Anyway...got approval from my boss yesterday and went online line today and bought tickets for a week every 2 months until March. A little crazy maybe, but at least now I'm sure of when I'll see him again everytime I have to board that plane to come back. I'm so excited!
