Hi -- I'm filling out the I-134, and have a couple of specific questions, for anyone who feels qualified to answer!

For #10 -- "I have submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf of the following persons:"

Is this meant to include my finacée, listed in #3 on the form, or meant to include any others I may have ever applied/submitted in the past?

For #11 -- "I intend (or not) to make specific contributions to the support of the person named in #3"

How do you complete this in terms of getting married? There's blank lines they tell you to state how long you intend to furnish room and board, or amount of money you'll be giving the person...!

For the Oath/Affirmation of Sponsor -- there's a blank to fill in on the pdf version of the form, after "...as amended." and before "I certify..." Is there anything to put in there?

Thanks for any insight on this form!
