I filed in May, my check was cashed very quickly. Received my NOA1 dated June 2nd and it has been touched twice, the last time being August 17th and nothing since.. I am approaching the 5 month mark shortly.. We are both anxious, nervous and just want to be together.. I feel everyone's pain and frustration..

Do us a favour and stick around this forum. :) I think all of us want to know the exact second any of us are approved!

Since it seems like an upcoming approval at the CSC is less likely than seeing a unicorn in the wild, I'm setting my goals a bit lower these days.

I'm counting down the days until I can use this emoticon!

I'm also hoping to clean all of the lint out of my dryer trap tomorrow night and maybe, if things get crazy, reorganize my sock drawer. Who needs to be engaged when you can feel single every weekend!

This is CSC right now--super slow in processing I-129F packages.

Don't believe the haters here in denial (or more likely in ignorance) declaring that things are just going thru normal cycles.

Maybe, just maybe, CSC got a special assignment to help process AS MANY CITIZENS AS POSSIBLE RIGHT BEFORE THE ELECTIONS.... (Shhhh, now THAT has NEVER happened before under a Democratic POTUS!)

ps, voter registration cut-off day is Oct 18th, so still time to sign folks up. And yes, immigrants strongly vote Democrat. And the Dems don't need any extra votes this year, do they....

i know,i personally ( i have to throw this in there, cause im not speaking for everyone or even intending to ) wouldnt mind one bit if AT LEAST 130s would go through, anyone that is dealing with CSC at the moment, for whatever reason understands, and people who got their packages through within the five months frame commenting about how we should just wait and our complains are pointless are the ones who annoy me to the root.

DONT LET small things "annoy" you there are other things out there of greater importance.. I WISH for alllll of you people and the others to get their petitions Approved... have to start another I-130 process for lil brothr so the more USCIS gets approved.. the quicker our case file would be approved.... it is just that simple.

Yes but I didn't use it for real.

vsc has slowed down significantly.i just hope CSC catches up

Posted

Yes, but the VSC is clearly working again and getting back on track.

Well look at it this way. If the reason for the CSC delay is due to a secret Democrat-led mandate on prioritizing other types of immigrant applications over ours because of the upcoming election, at least Election Day is only a few weeks away and, theoretically, they should be back to K visas in November (god, I can't believe it's nearly been another month without any approvals).
