Oh wow...I'm so sorry to hear about the break in. As for the passport, maybe contacting the consulate might help? Wish I had something to tell you about that.

As for the moving house...when you file AOS, I would think submitting it with your new address will be ok. You might have the form for change of address handy just in case. I'm sure someone else can answer this better though.

Best of luck (F)

Sorry to hear your bad news. It is not the K-1 that is so important for you, it is the I-94 that attached to your passport - that is what tells immigration when the 90 days starts and stops. The K-1 is just for that one time entry into the US and you used that. I believe you can request a copy of the I-94 from immigration. Check at www.uscis.gov under forms. Certainly theft would be a valid reason for replacing it and I am sure you already know to include a copy of the police report with any request to replace the I-94. You need the I-94 to file AOS, so you will want to order the replacement asap.

Good luck

So sorry to hear this has happened to you.... The K1 is not the problem... it is the I-94... go to this link and you will beable to download the form you need to get a replacement....

http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-102.htm

You need to do this soon.. when you get the receipt for the form you can send a copy of that with your AOS inplace of the copy of your I-94...

Good Luck

You must report a change of address within 10 days of the move. Since you have not filed AOS yet it's easier to do the change of address, you just send in form AR-11 and I would also give them a call on the 1-800 number (even though the lady told me I didn't have to, I felt better doing it).

Where is your POE? Some folks have successfully obtained an I-94 from the CBP office at the POE after they arrived, at a later time. Call and check with them.... They can look up your entry date in the system and reissue one for you.

SOOO sorry to hear about the loss....
