Its been 13 days since my interview...I got approved with NO additional requirements needed and was given a pink slip BUT until now I haven't heard from air 21...when can I possibly have my visa?...what should I do?? what is the right number to call USEM? My fiance did call the 1-888-877-9888 number twice but the call center agent is like reading a script because they gave him the same answer and he also call the (632) 301-2000 extension 5184/5185 BUT still they can't give a correct info...they said they gonna deliver it in ten days,what took it so long? do air 21 send me a text messages on the whereabouts of my visa?...I NEED HELP GUYS..ENLIGHTEN ME...I'm getting depressed, I just want to be with my fiance, I'm supposed to leave on the 18th.. sigh...............

There is not much you can do except wait and keep checking with the USEM to see when they release your visa. We had to reschedule Meryll's flight because of delays.

They are probably doing additional processing.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

02-23-2018: Sent N-400 Application online

02-23-2018: Date on NOA, retrieved from online account

02-23-2018: Date on Biometrics Appointment Letter (Biometrics Appointment at Jacksonville ASC on March 13, 10:00 a.m.)

03-08-2018: Biometrics complete

04-05-2018: Case status updated - Interview Scheduled on May 10, 2018, 10:15 a.m. :D

05-10-2018: Citizenship Interview - Passed English and Civics Tests, Recommended for Approval! :D 

06-19-2018: Received email and text notification: Naturalization Ceremony Scheduled; waited for letter to be uploaded on online account - it has been set on Wednesday, July 25, 3:00 p.m.

07-25-2018: I am now a U.S. Citizen!

Sometimes Air21 is unable to deliver in certain areas, especially if the information provided to them was incomplete...if you have received Air21 deliveries to your address in the past without issue, then the delay is at the Embassy.

You should have your petitioner contact the U.S. Embassy to find out why there is a delay.
