Need help for DS-3032 Form

Hi , guys, right now i am try to fill the form DS-3032, be more careful about the forms...

So if i chose someone as my agent, i just need need to fill the section one,(i appoint....., name, phone number, address, balbalabal..) leave others blank and sign at the end, right?

if you are trying to OPT IN for NVC Electronic Processing (China/Guangzhou bound filers can do this, BTW)

then

that DS-3032 form must be filled out and signed by the BENEFICIARY (not the petitioner), then re-scanned/converted back to PDF format,

and then

attached to an email, sent in (with the right body of the email, in ascii text) to nvcelectronic@state.gov

The 'right' DS-3032 to use, for EP, is in a link for DL over at http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Electronic_Processing

don't use the one that might have shown in in an email, with a barcode in it - it's the wrong one to use (it's outdated)

YEAH..thanks..

BUT my question is regarding to the form itself, I just need to fill in the first section about choose someone else as my agent ,and put his name, address and phone number on it and signed, right?

I hope you can understand my question..or my English just sucks...
