Your wife is working now correct? So at the time of the interview she'll meet the financial requirements?

If yes, then you should be fine

I read a case about an Australian wife who had to prove relationship because it was over a year since she saw her husband, she did and was granted the visa. If they question as to why you didn't visit with your spouse, tell them honestly and show them your contact that you've had since you were married

Good luck

I haven't seen my husband in almost 18 months..(due to lack of vacation time(sick child/strict company I work for and thinking our case at NVC would end at anytime and then NVC got behind schedule and our case sit there like 5 months or so......we were approved on Sept 27 in a 10 minute interview but I met the requirements financially and i am sure this helped. Total visits to Morocco: once in 2008, once in 2009....so one trip within a year using all my vacation except this year, but my husband will be home in about 3-4 weeks after his mom is feeling better and he says his goodbyes to family and friends since he had worked so many long hours at his job......Main thing is know all about your fiance/wife...look at interviewer....remain calm and not nervous....know birthdates of her kids if she has any (they did ask my husband my childrens birthdays...know her parents name (first and last)...something tragic in her life that happened...name of a childhood friend...fiance/wifes birthday and where she was born and where she and yourself will live (know the street address)...know about her job and what type of wok she does...know a little bit about her ex husband if she has one and also about her sisters and brothers (their ages and where they live and what they do for a living/work) What you and your Fiance/wife have in common and why you love her and what do you two share together and what you don't like about her. If you tell them you like watching movies be sure to know a name of an american movie if you watched american, etc. They asked my husband what kind of movie we watched together when I was there........have plenty of evidence and photos and if you were prepared and sent a lot in like I did...they will maybe look at 4 photos and be finished....My husbanad did his interview in English and also the interviewer spoke some to him in French as well since he knew French......I wish you the best of luck!

If your wife is now working and can show that she will be able to financially support you there should not be a problem as long as you can show that you guys were in contact and had not seen each other for valid reasons.
