Adjustment of status based on WAVA

I have an approved I-360 petition and my priority date is going to be current in next month. My ex was a permanent resident so I could not submit everything in the same time. I had a pro bono lawyer for the first step, but now I am on my own. I wonder whether I can submit the adjustment of status papers by myself. I would be glad to hear if someone was in similar situation.

I definitely have some questions regarding to the paperwork. My understanding is that I can file I-864W as being exempt of the affidavit of support requirement. Does it mean that I don't need a sponsor even if I don't have a job? (I just got my EAD recently and not managed to secure a job yet). Is there any supporting document should be submitted? I am a little bit confused about this.

I assume I have to do a full medical examination. I originally arrived as an international student and there was vaccination requirement for the school. Would that work to show that I have my vaccinations? I think I have all the requirement maybe a flu shot could be an extra. I wonder how much I can expect to spend on the medical. Also, TB skin test is expected to be positive as I am from a country where they give TB vaccination. If there are recommendation for any good and reasonably priced civil surgeon around Seattle, that would be so great.

I have my EAD valid until next August. I know EAD application is free filing it together I-485. Would it be a good idea to include a new application for that?

Sorry if I have too many questions. I am soo excited to be able to apply for adjustment of status. Even a few months ago it looked like I have to wait for years. I really want to do this right. Thanks for any help.
