Find me a Greek in a western country and they are either business owners, doctors, lawyers, engineers or scientists.

So you've heard the phrase before

So what are you going to give me if I can find a homeless guy with a greek last name? (So far the count i've found is 61)

No I have not heard of such a lame phrase. Then again, it would have to come from one of the Brits on here. So it's not even offensive when you consider......

A phrase can be found for anyone, especially fools from California.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

You probably were not alive in 1960 Chicago, were you....

The fact that you even think that might be relevant is sad. The Democratic party are not responsible for all the corruption in American politics, I'd say they counted for an equal share with all the rest and the only way that's going to change is if voters expect more from politicians, not more of the same like this sort of partisan hackery.

Refusing to use the spellchick!

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

Seems I've touched a nerve. I just thought it was an odd phrase that I had never heard before. I have spent a lot of time in the UK and Ireland and never heard it before. I take it you have and from the tenor of your last two posts, it appears to be offensive. I will refrain. On another note, you don't want to know how many homeless greek people i've found so far

It has not touched a nerve as it's lame.

Lame poster makes lame insult.

Either it is something that some Australians say, or it's not, whether or not you find it lame is irrelevant. It has nothing to do with anything a Brit would say at all so why you would point your accusatory fingers that way I have no idea.

Awww, don't cry BY.

Rob if I was crying I'd have reported you. I've been reported and suspended for hinting at race, by your buds on here actually.

I don't mind the odd jab, but just don't go reporting it when you're on the receiving end.

I wasn't hinting at race whatsoever. I merely posted a phrase that I had heard. From your reaction, it offended you, and I have refrained from reposting it. If you want, I can PM a moderator and ask them to remove my post if you like. NVM, i'll just report myself to save you from any further butthurt.

Do you have any empirical evidence to support that conclusion, or do you base all your conclusions on wishful thinking?
