You and she haven't done anything wrong. Numerous times I have entered the US with a specific timeline and then changed my mind while I was here..... whether it was to shorten or to lengthen my stay. As long as your fiancee leaves prior to the expiry date on her I-94 she is legal.

Ouh thank you, i was so worried that i have messed things up. Now i have to ask something else because it is bothering me a lot. I dont know if this is the right place where i need to place this question, but if its not, please point me to the right spot. My fiancee (at this time) and i have met online. I was in the army at that point and we talked a lot. We were friends and that summer i went to visit her, nothing happened. At that time she also was corresponding with my mom, sister, cousins ... This summer we invited her to visit us and she came on invitation by my uncle, so at the entry she said "visiting friends" (me included). Now thats what she said at the embassy interview because it was true, at that point. Can this be a "red" spot for the USCIS or the embassy in Skopje when the k1 reaches them?

Its a long love story and it developed in weird way but what can i say? ... it happens :)

again , i dont know if im posting this at the right place, so feel free to point it out at me, thank you for all the help and support and Good luck to everyone who is on this journey

I guess this topic could get split...

But to answer your question: I don't think it will have a negative effect on your K-1 application. It's a nice change from all the "we met on this or that online dating site", not that anything is wrong with that.

As long as you stick with the truth and have some supporting evidence, you should be totally fine.

Thank you for replying, i wasnt sure where to post it so i just stick with the same topic. I am still new with this and i am learning as i go. Our story is anything but simple :) i was just worried because sometimes people dont understand that love can take a course which was not quite well planned before. We have nothing to hide but i was scared that they may find it weird how our story developed.

We are about to start working on the K1 package, we are both confused and scared but we have faith when we see everyone around here, who got through it all and now they are together. VJ for us is not just a place to find answers but it becomes a place where we find hope.

A question ... can you help me with something? I need to post a question about how to sort out the evidence, i just dont know where to post it.

thank you so much

You need to choose which visa is right for you (see The Guides ) and then post in the corresponding forum. If you have definitely chosen the K-1 visa then you post in that forum. Link to K-1 Forum

Well, we already decided to go with the K1, so we are doing that one. Now we are gathering facts about how to put in the package.

Thank you for helping me out with this, like i said, im still learning :)
