If you want a K-1 Fiancée visa and you are going through the U.S. Embassy in Manila, you will not use a DS-160. Instead, you will need two copies of your DS-156, one copy of your DS-156K, and two copies of your DS-157.

Follow your link and go to the FAQ part and you will find this:

"Important Notice: All U.S. Embassies and Consulates that process nonimmigrant visas now use the new online DS-160. Therefore, visa applicants will need to apply using the online DS-160 for all nonimmigrant visa categories (except K, N, S, T, U visa applications, which still require DS-156). Review the important FAQs below for more information. Also visit DS-160 informational webpage for links to relevant U.S. embassy and consulate webpages, and for general information about the online form. "

Please note that it states that the K visa still uses the DS-156/157

Hope this helps.
