need help on evidences..please?

hi guys,

i and my fiancee has been chatting for like 10 months now.. the glitch here was, for the first 9 months, we were chatting on facebook as we were not engaged or shes not yet my girlfriend. we never even bothered to saved our chatlogs on facebook and i dont also know how to do that. last sept. 30 we became officially on.. its when she gace out her gmail account, yahoo messenger, and i taught her how to do the skype thingy. although we chatted everyday. as in every single day.. till now.. and we even come to the point of discussing marriage here in the philippines next february. my question is. can you give me an idea on how to recover those chatlogs we had on facebook from january 2010 till september 2010? i have no idea how to do it. since january, we spend hours of hours chatting on facebook. and we never bothered to save it since we didnt know for a fact that we will become US in the future. it was not until last september that things got deeper ...

as i was reading some requirements of cr-1 visa. as i dont want to go with k1, because although i am not in a hurry of going in the US, as I am currently studying my Master's degree at UP. this question posted on my mind while i was skimming the documents for I-130 form. how will i be able to prove to the CO that we chatted on january 2010 to september if all we got was facebook chats and we havent even saved the chatlogs. although we meet through a friend, her friend was a good friend of mine whom i also met in facebook about two years ago. we constantly chat with her friend and last january 2010, when i called him to say happy new yeat, my fiancee was there and twas the time i was introduced to her.

can anyone help me out on this? i can have proof of our ongoing relationship from the time we became officially on. i call her , chat on skype, talk on skype, chat on gmail, send e-cards, send snail mail. etc..

we are planning to get marry here in philippines this coming february 2011... so theres no way i want the k1 visa...

can you help me out on this? and what other possible evidences we can have?

althought i have read it through I-130 and i dont seem to have a problem with the requirements except for the birth cert of our child born to her since we dont have a child yet.

my only problem ( if it is a problem) is the conversation we have from january to september 2010. because although we were not yet US that time but that was the courting process.. and i feel like it is good to have those ...so if anyone can help me. let me know.thanks........

Seems easy enough. Tell the truth.

For K1 visas it makes sense to show evidence of courtship. However, since you have no intention of going this route, the CR1 or IR1 route is more interested in your "ongoing" relationship from time of marriage.

If I were you, on the interview day, just show what you have since marriage and explain that you had a lot more pre-marriage communications but didn't know how valuable they were until after you had studied the process.
