Although mortgage options exist for people who are unable to own a home by paying the full cash price, not everybody will qualify for a regular mortgage. Depending on your credit rating, annual income as well as other debts, you may not necessarily qualify for a regular mortgage. For people who still have the desire to own a home but are unable to do so through a regular mortgage, the right shared ownership mortgages are available to make home ownership much easier.
