Hi everyone, I know everyone talks with their partner almost everyday like I do with mine. Now when it comes down to printing out the chat transcipt for the proof of the I-130 is more better or some is simpler? I have about 200 pages of chat for about 8months and that's only half. I don't think the person reviewing my case will want to sit at read through about 200-400 pages of us chatting.

Can anyone tell me maybe this might be to much evidence to send? Or can someone tell me a past experience when they sent their chat transcipt in to the gov.

Could I print the transcript front and back to avoid more pages printed.

All these are question and concern before I send out my paper I-130 this week.

04/06/11 Automatic recorder on the NVC machine stated that my package was received this date and have to wait 6-8 weeks for next responds

04/16/11 RFE issing my spouse passport biopage

04/18/11 Email back the missing paperwork for NVC

04/19/11 Email from NVC they recieved the RFE I sent.

04/20/11 Spoke with NVC they say have to wait 20days for change

05/16/11 Spoke with NVC they say "case is complete, and that their interview appointment is full for June- to call back in June 17 for a interview appointment time for July most likely."

Rather than send the "transscripts" just send a summary of the dates you chat, the ticket reciepts from visits and any cards, letters and other evidence of visits etc. Also i you have family members/friends who can attest to the relationship that would be more convincing than electronic media, since it could be fabricated easily. Pictures, money transfers, passport stamps, hotel reciept's etc. All much better than chat transcripts. You can get approved without any chat transcripts.

We usually have 30 chats each month. The Yahoo Messenger call history show, time, date, amount of minutes talking. 1 log shows 30 chats on 1 printed page. I use a program, "captura", that will save a screen shot of us talking, using webcams and headset. I print 1 or 2 of these on 1 page.

Do they allow fork trucks to bring in documents? jaja, sorry, but I could not resist.

May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life's passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!

If you're sending out your I-130 this week, why does your timeline say you started Sep 8? I sent nothing like this to USCIS, but my wife has about 1,500 pages of chat printed and bound for her interview. Cost a little for ink, but I think it is much more convincing than just call records. Besides that, we want to keep it for our own reminiscing. Only thing I sent to USCIS as proof of real relationship were a few witness affidavits and some photos of our marriage and my prior visit.

Error on my part on the timeline, I thought I was gonna sent it out on that date, but hasted and was unsure of proper paper work so now this week is the for sure week.

Thanks for reminding me about it.

Yeah looks like I will be sending some chat in as evidence as well, but not as much as I thought.

I didn't send a single sentence of chat or even a single picture of us. I didn't even send a cover letter like everyone else here seem to do. This is all I sent

  • I130 form
  • G325A for me
  • G325A for her
  • Copy of my citizenship certificate
  • Copy of my passport
  • Copy of our marriage certificate
  • Copies of our birth certificate
  • Her passport sized pictures

I received my 130 approval in 158 days. The conversations between my wife and me are personal. No one, absolutely no one, has the right to see them. To want to see them is gross violation of our fundamental human rights. Marriage certificates are legal documents admissible in all courts of the world as proof of marriage. That is what's sufficient for USCIS.

I understand it's different if you are applying for a fiance. The burden of proof lies on the person since there hasn't been a legal/civil marriage yet.
