So I've moved twice since my husband got his CR-1 in 2008. Each time we moved, my husband filled out an ar-11 form. I, on the other hand, haven't filled anything out. No one told me that I needed to.

We're applying to lift the conditions on his visa. Let me give you a little of our history. We went the I-130 to NVC route to residency. We both lived in the UK while this was going on. I was in school when it came time to fill out the affidavit of support and my mother sponsored my husband.

So what now? Did I even need to tell them I changed my address? I still don't know. And if so, what you think will happen? For now, I'm ignoring it and hoping it won't come up. I mean, we payed taxes both years, we've been working and I did all my jury duty. It's cool right?

The I-864 instructions (page 4) do tell all of us sponsors about the change of address requirements.

Just mail in the I-865 (can't be done online). I did mine a year late. Never was an issue.

** moved from "Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from Family Based Visas" to General Immigration Related Discussion as this isn't a question about the AOS process specifically, more a general Immigration "question"/need for definition**
