HI EVERYBODY MY FIANCE IS HERE NOW AND WE ARE TRYING TO SET THE DATE TO GET MARRY.MY QUESTION IS WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP AFTER THE WEDDING?AND HOW MUCH IS THE FEES?MY FAINCE WAS GIVEN A I94 ON ARRIVAL THAT IS GOOD FOR 90 DAYS,SO CAN HE GET A SSN?AND HOW LONG WILL THE SSN LAST?OR DO I WAIT UNTILL I FILE HIS PAPER?PLS HELP WITH YOUR INPUT.THANK'S

Hello,

You have 90 days to get married and he has 74 days to file for a SSN because the SSA office will not give anyone a number if they have less than 15 days left on their I-94.
