Does NVC mail DS-3032 to beneficiary?

Just wondering if you don't provide your emails, does NVC physically mail the DS-3032 package to beneficiary?

I (Petitioner) received the AOS bill in mail which included DS-3032 form but my wife did not receive anything.

BTW.. We did email our DS-3032 last week.

yes...your beneficiary will receive the forms via snail mail. it usually takes a few weeks for them to receive it.

You if you have given NVC your beneficiary's email address as soon as they assigned you a NVC case number, you could've had the DS3032 kit emailed to her/him rather than snail mailed.

Case # was assigned on 09/16/2010 and I received the snail mail package on 09/20/2010. So it has been 3.5 weeks since, I received the package and 4 weeks since the case # was assigned but she did not receive anything yet.

Any Suggestions..

I (the beneficiary) received it in the UK quite a while later. I think in general the NVC expect the petitioner to arrange for it to be completed before the beneficiary even receives it, lol.

Call NVC. Ask them if they mailed it. If so, ask them can you just email the response. If they say yes, just have your beneficiery email the choice of agent. See VJ Wiki for email format and what not.

Interestingly, she received the packet 4 (official notification of the Consulate appointment) after her successful interview date

Then how did you know when the interview was? And when you went to the interview, did they let your wife in the embassy without the interview letter? How did your wife manage to get the health check-up without the interview letter? These are questions you need to answer ASAP. I compell you in the name of all that you hold holy. IS, since I had provided my email id to NVC (during that time I didn't give her email id), NVC had emailed me the appointment letter with the details. I emailed to her. Then she printed it out and produced to the physician and the Consulate.

be pro-active. don't wait for whatever NVC will send you via snail mail. if you haven't given an email address for you case number yet, call NVC and give one. because like people said, if you have an email address assigned on the case, everything they send via snail mail, they'll email to the email address on file. and trust me....it take a couple of weeks for the snail mail to come. for example...when i submitted DS-3032 to NVC, my wife got the snail mail only about 2 weeks ago. that was at least 2-3 weeks we save in time because i received forms/instructions via email.
