VT used to be so fast. when i got my k1 in 06 i think we were approved from the get go in about a week for the 129f

why are people still filing that for the K3, i thought id read that was now finished?

i want to be an expedite adjudicator when i get to the us!

they dont have a special expedite adjudicator there..they just go out of order and their boss standing over them I bet. I'm going to take a certification course to be a referee for MMA fights..

it seems to me that the expedite makes the process take longer...

is also wondering....

should we try to expedite our case because even waiting for the 'usual' way - SUCKS!

Not sure if it makes the process longer, how could that be? perhaps if the uscis suspected someone was trying to pull a fast one with the request, but even so they'd request further evidence and then make a decision. We've been 'filed' for a month now since we sent our i130 in. If it had been sent in correctly, it could have saved some time and we'd know for sure whether an expedite had been granted. as it stands, thanks to the idiot that 'helped us', he's cost us a week, maybe two.

if you have a valid reason I say give it a go. the uscis doesnt determine was is an extreme emergent situation on its website of over the phone. all im aware of is that a case has to be pretty extreme in the certain factors' Im only aware of one persons case that was approved personally, aside from military deployment. and myself and CRN have pretty emergent situations - according to professionals, that is.

If id been waiting close to the 5 month mark Id ben pushing the senator / congressman. Even though due to our position we did that already. Luckily we were already prepared as our immigration liaison officer hasnt been the greatest of help, and having read online reports about the individual, they arent the most helpful unfortunately. Thats not to say other reps in the country are the same of course. I think we'll get an answer prior to the the senators office even bothering to get back to us.

Id love to - even to just have a moan, but the cert copies of my divorce certificate are being picked up today, and will be overnighted today or tomorrow. I'll give them til Thurs I think! You should hear something very soon as they've got all the info they need now surely, and if professionals have worded the request as strongly as I feel it should be then you're onto the NVC we hope!

Pretty successful day, got the div certs picked up and also fed ex'd to Calif. So back on track Im hoping to hear something by Wednesday.

wife called this afternoon, they were nice and said the stuff was being reviewed and a determination would be made soon..whenever the f'k that is. So we'll give them another few days I guess...crack some heads by friday

well id give them a day lol. you expedite for emergency purposes and yours is just that.

did she speak to a tier 2? tier 2's have supervisors but theyre never available! all you get is voicemail and then its the end of the line.

have you seen the supporting evidence sent by the professionals? did they say how urgent it was?
