POE Fort Lauderdale, No I-94?

Fiancee came in through Fort Lauderdale on September 16th, we were married This Sunday (10/10/10...I know, cool right?)getting everything together for the I-485 and we cannot locate the I-94. My Fiancee swears up and down she did not fill one out nor was she asked for one, the only thing she states she filled out on the plane is the customs form. She has been quite ####### about all her paperwork so I want to believe her, but is this even possible? and am I out another $320.00 to get one?

Am I also going to be super delayed now as well?

look inside her passport... they staple it there

$320 is t get a copy of the I-94... that assumes one was issue din the first place

This is not a K-1 issue but potentially an AOS issue, moving to AOS forum

The place where you'll get an I-94 if you don't find one stapled into her passport is at a "deferred inspection" site. You'll get to a listing pretty fast with a cbp deferred inspection site google search. Find one that's close to your house, or a port of entry. Call ahead and then go in to get the paperwork sorted out. You might be out the money to get a replacement one, depending on what they find when you go in.
