What IF You Forgot Something?

I was just going over some other posts and thinking about all of the stuff i just sent to Atif by DHL....and i think I forgot to put copies of the NOA2s of 129F and 130.......could this be a big problem? You would think with all of the ####### this past month has brought, I'd remember to send him those....but the lawyer didn't say anything about it either.......guess I'll ask him Monday.

If nothing else I guess I can Fax it to him from the Lawyer's office. Lord knows I paid him enough...lol.

If it was me I think I would try to eother fax it or scan and email it, better to be safe than sorry....

Get it out there. Even a fax if possible. Just in case they ask for it.

Id just scan it incase but they are suppose to have these already anyways. But it wont hurt to be safe just incase.

I agree, just fax it over to him, or scan it and email. Majid wasn't asked for the NOA2, but you never know what they're going to want. Worst case scenario, even if you didn't send it, would be a 221g asking you to produce it, so it's not such a big deal either way.

Definitely get your money's worth out of your attorney!
