I am starting to worry, i29f recieved 5-15 at USCIS

I have seen dozens of appprovals now with IMBRA reciept dates up to 7-20+ and mine was recieved on 7-10,. Now I was touched today for the first time since 7-11. Has any one NOT been approved with a 7-10 or BEFORE imbra reciept?????

Would I be notified "Online" or by e-mail if they sent me a RFE? I ask this because I am worried They may have sent me an RFE#2 and it got lost in the mail, as my mail is inconsistant at best.

They initially appeared to approve on the basis of RFE received dates, now March filers are getting attention.

Your timeline and touches would help us to assess what is going on with your case.

I think that you are right about that, still though I see May noa1's and July 20th RFE recieved, thanks though that makes me feel better

Hey Bobbie... not sure if you noticed - but this was an old thread - I first thought "Oh My God, been waiting how long?" ... tee hee..

But - according to the ops last (and apparently final) posts (in September 06) they got their NOA2..

We are approved!!!

Touched July 11th

Bogus touch prompted by call to USCIS August 19th
