Back to februray 26th, my wife and i filed the form I-212 which is the Application for Permission to Reapply for Admission into the United States After Deportation or Removal. they received it their office of TROY, NY because I've been deported from plattsburg,NY, near the border, because that is where i was deported from. They received it on March 1st from the receipt that we have and it was said that they would answer us back within the next 90 to 160 days. A month ago we called back and we finally spoke to someone and we said that we still haven't received any letter yet and they told us that we would receive a letter within the next 3 weeks and it was due the past monday which was the 23rd of august. Now that we've called back, they gave us the number of their LATHAN office in TROY NY but for the past 3 weeks,no one ever picked up the phone. So now i am really desperate because i don't know what to do anymore about my case.I don't know where to call or where to look for to get any information about the status update. So please, any information would be really appreciated because my wife and i dont know where to look for anymore. We've tried to call the NVC number for the past week almost 2 weeks and it's always busy;no matter the time of the day we try to call.i believe that the number is 603 334 0700. Now, 2 months later after the due date of the I-212 form, still no response from them.thank you in advance
