:crying:

hello guys,me my sister,my niece, and my brother in law just reunited yesterday(saturday october 9,2010 @ 11 pm). they live in arkansas.their going to have a vacation in florida and they decided to stop by here to meet me. my sister is here in the US for 5 years. and i just came here for about 9 months. i am so excited upon meeting them. i miss them so much. they want me to go with them but i am worried of my situation because i am 6 months pregnant now,and i get sick when i travel. so, i just say no,i know i am wasting the opportunity to bond with my loving sister. i thougth everything is fine,i thought 1 day is enough but its not. when my sister is preparing all the things they unpack here,i started to feel sad. and my tears shed. because i am gonna miss them again. i dont want them to go,my god. they leave monday morning @ 7(10/11/10). I REALLY CRY AND CRY AND CRY WHEN MY SISTER AND MY NIECE GO OUTSIDE. I TELL MY SISTER " INDAY,DONT GO,IM GOING TO MISS YOU". I HATE TO SAY GOODBYE TO MY SISTER BUT I HAVE TO. GOODBYE FOR ME IS SO SAD AND HARDEST WORD TO SAY ON THAT TIME. SHE ALSO CRY,I KNOW SHE WILL GOING TO MISS ME TOO. shes older than me. and shes the only family that i got here. I post this topic on here @2:42 pm and i am still crying. OMG,i cry all day,i sleep and hoping when i get up i will be fine but im wrong. i am still crying.

Hey there, cheer up! It's only about a six and a half hour drive from the middle of Arkansas (guessing at their location) to Baton Rouge. I imagine since you've only been here 9 months it might still seem like they are very far away. I understand personally that in the Philippines that number of kilometers can be a very long journey by car. But here, it's not so bad. Perhaps you could see if they can come visit for Thanksgiving, since most people have 4 days off for that holiday.

I have heard that most or all Filipinas get homesick, and I hope Bel does not have it too much when she's here. I know personally how homesickness hurts (for very different reasons, but it's the same feeling). Try to focus on the love you have nearby (husband?!) and also think about the good times ahead. Like maybe next year you can have a vacation with your sister and with your new baby too. :)
