Hey everyone I have a really bad situation and any advice would be appreciated. I have been married for 4 years now. My two year green card expired in august so I filed to remove the conditions on June 2010. I filed the i751 with my wife at the time we were ok together. I did my biometrics n just received a letter from immigration saying I need more proof of true marriage by November 15. Over

The past few months me and my wife have been fighting a lot. We've separated but have not filed divorce yet. Just like weekend she took my state I'd, my greencard, my passport , and ripped ALL of my paperwork. She has abused me verbally by threating me to deport me and also some of my family. She has hit me a couple of times also but Ive never made a police report. I dont want to press chargers or anything because I still care for her. We've been together since high school I am 22 years old now. I submitted i751 with 16 months worth of bank statements showing were both in it, pictures of us and ofcourse taxes from the previous years filed jointly. I have no other evidence to send only pictures since weve lived with our parents and payed them cash for rent and bills. What should I do? Should I file for divorce now or wait? I'm really short on cash since I'm the only one that works and I don't want to file i751 again by myself. I actually made copies of my paperwork before she ripped them apart but I'm pretty sure I have to submit the original papers. Please help...
