A new filier I have been going crazy in collecting paper work for my wife in China.

Quesiton:How shouw I organize/staple or 2 hole punch or bind the secondary proof(tickets-chats-photos)?

I want to make this easy for the person who is going to review my case.

How do I mailed this through UPS or Fedex or USPS? I live in CA

Do I ship it in a small letter size box? What is the average size of the first packet, it looks

like mine is pretty big in paper height. Is more better or simpler better?

Please help, I like to get I-130 process going soon.

04/06/11 Automatic recorder on the NVC machine stated that my package was received this date and have to wait 6-8 weeks for next responds

04/16/11 RFE issing my spouse passport biopage

04/18/11 Email back the missing paperwork for NVC

04/19/11 Email from NVC they recieved the RFE I sent.

04/20/11 Spoke with NVC they say have to wait 20days for change

05/16/11 Spoke with NVC they say "case is complete, and that their interview appointment is full for June- to call back in June 17 for a interview appointment time for July most likely."

05/16/11 SIF on the payment portal website

05/20/11 Interview letter arrived via email for June 15 interview date in Guz

06/13/11 Medical Test today

06/15/11 Doc intake

06/16/11 Interview day waited for my wife at the embassy

06/16/11 APPROVE

06/18/11 Visa in her hand at China post office

6/23/11 Land in US at San Francisco airport

7/11/11 Waiting for her SSN card, received her Green Card Already

03-16-11: APPROVED!!!!

(132 days from NOA1 to NOA2 at CSC)

NVC Stage

04-01-11: NVC Case Number Assigned/Sent Opt-in Email

04-05-11: Paid AOS Fee ($88) and got confirmation of OPTIN

04-09-11: Sent AOS package (I-864 and supporting documents)

04-11-11: Paid IV Fee ($404) and Choice of Agent confirmed and AOS package confirmed received

05-02-11: DS-260 filled out and submitted

05-06-11: Sent DS-260 Supporting Documents

06-07-11: Case Complete!!

(70 days in NVC)

Medical and Interview

07-27-11: Medical Appt.

08-08-11: Interview (221g) AP

09-15-11: Denied- Inadmissiable 212(a)(2)(A)(i)- CIMT

601-Waiver Process

09-12-12: Filed I-601 Waiver at lockbox (hired lawyer for this)

02-05-13: APPROVED (4 1/2 months)

03-08:13: Sent updated medical/other papers to Montreal

Waiting for VISA

I would recommend avoid stapling or punching holes in any documents. I would use ideal clamps to hold large amounts of documents together. In my case, I just stapled the check to the I-130 application.

I mailed my I-130 package via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. The cost was less than $6, including signature confirmation. It seems to be the most affordable of the options.

However, if you're more time sensitive, you may want to try FedEx or UPS.

I would recommend avoid stapling or punching holes in any documents. I would use ideal clamps to hold large amounts of documents together. In my case, I just stapled the check to the I-130 application.

I mailed my I-130 package via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. The cost was less than $6, including signature confirmation. It seems to be the most affordable of the options.

However, if you're more time sensitive, you may want to try FedEx or UPS.

Now THAT was an awesome reply!! Loved the pictures too... excellent! You guys are getting me excited!!

Right now, hubby is getting his g-325a filled out for me, copies of his BC and passport (for any step along the way!) and passport photo. Once he mails that to me, the packet is ready to go and the countdown begins!!
