Hi every body, my name is Mario and my fiance is from Surco, Lima, I'm from Orlando Florida, this is my first time here and I found this VJ very interesting, I already have all the documents ready for the K-1 visa, but my girl is asking me about what kind of documents does she have to bring with her for the interview, we are kind of nervus, but we love each other very much and we are very positive too. Next November I'm going back to Peru and I'm bringing the ring with me, it is a sorprise, but the rest of the family knows, I'm going to aks for her hand in marriage, little bit nervus, but very happy that we are going to be together soon.

anyway, if anybody can give us some information about the interview in Lima, I'll apreciate it very much, anybody can contact me at marleo8961@yahoo.com, thank you,

Mario

Hi, Marleo, welcome to VJ!

You can start by reading this: http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/inde...ru&cty=Lima

Then you can use this link to search for reviews on interviews held in Lima: http://www.visajourney.com/reviews/index.php

From the US embassy in Peru:

# The beneficiary should bring the following documentation to their visa interview at the US Embassy:

* Valid passport

* An original birth certificate (certified by RENIEC, the Peruvian civil registry authority)

* Divorce or death certificate for all previous spouses of both the beneficiary and the petitioner

* Medical examination (the necessary forms will be mailed to the beneficiary’s home or designated address once an interview date is set)

* Evidence of financial support (form I-134, the Affidavit of Support)

* Two photographs 5 cm square showing full face, against a light background.

* Police certificate from all countries lived for more than 12 months since age 16

Hope it helps!

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
