Ok so i know that If you are married for less than 2 years, when you enter the US you get CR-1 visa and will get a 2-year Green Card. But If you are married for 2 years or more, you enter the US as an IR-1 and will get a 10-year Green Card but if i filled for a CR-1 but am in AP and say the AP lasts till we have our 2nd annaversary and were married 2 years before he enters the usa. will he still get a CR-1 cuz thts what we applyed for or will he get a

IR-1 cuz he have been married 2 years? just wondering thanks!

At POE date, if you were married more than 2 years, you are eligible for IR1.

Just mention it to the POE officer and optionally produce the marriage certificate too. Since POE officer is human, chances are there to make mistakes.
