what do i have to do to have a cosponsor? just have that person fill out the 134? is that it or what else is required?

They would also need to provide tax returns and to be on the safe side, a letter from employer and paystubs. Manila doesn't usually accept co-sponsors for the K1, especially if they are not close relatives btw. Not that you should need a co-sponsor, as you make 55'000 according to your other thread.

you could also use assets, if you have. you mentioned 10k in bank, do you own a house? more than one vehicle?

penguin, they may need co-sponsor since the job is new. they dont have much income for last 3yrs so better safe than sorry.
