hi everybody ;

well am gonna start by introducing my self : i am Said from Morocco engaged to a very guenine lovely beautiful woman from the States Massachussetts her american name is Shelly and her arabic name is Chaimaa ..i am here seeking help about getting detailed informations about how to file for a K-1 Visa . what should she do to file after we have filled out all the forms i mean I-129F and g-325a ans of course cover letter and letter of explanation of how we met and 2 photos ... we need to know what else should she add to the file and how to organize it befors she sent it to the USCIS Center ? please detailed informations , i appreciate your help . thank you

Hope these help. If u have any questions feel free to msg me. Also, just so you know, there are pros & cons with the K1, you may also want to look at the CR1 & way the options fully. We wish we would have applied for the CR1. The guides link helps in comparing them.

6/14/2010 Visa denied per Section 221(g)

9/27/2010 NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny) Received

12/1/2010 NOID Reaffirmed & Returned for visa processing (back to Casa for another interview)

2/2/2011 Rebuttle Interview: APPROVED!!!

3/18/2011 VISA IN HAND!!

4/8/2011 Arrive in US through JFK (20 mins total time)

6/9/2011 MARRIED!!!

7/2013 Divorced

Hi was reading your homepage and you said you met 6 months ago. Has she had the opportunity to visit you? 6 months can be a tricky situation since you are soon filing a k1 after meeting so soon. I am sure others will post what you should do, as I think you guys should maybe know each other at least a year before filing as Casablanca is a tough Embassy to face with couples not knowing each other very long before filing. I met my sweety in 2008 and filed a k1 in April 2010. Study up here on visa journey and you will find all the help you need.
