Hello, new to this but had a question.

CSC received my I-129f on June 9th and after signing up on the site it shows that my file has not been "touched" since June 14th, 2010. Is this normal? I know it takes a while and we are waiting, but now starting to get antsy / concerned.

Thanks

Eric

Come hang out in the K1 Filing and Progress Reports forum...there are like 10 threads about this. You're not alone, even some May filers are still waiting. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/128-k-1-fiancee-visa-case-filing-and-progress-reports/

You can call after 6 months. I did finally got approved filed 2-13-10 approved 10-6-10 OUCH that was a long wait. Yours should go through quicker. Again you can't even call until 1 month past the 5 months or what they call "NORMAL PROCESSING TIMES". That's 5 months right now. Good luck be patient learn a language!
