Such and such changed his username because I had put them on ignore list. Haha. It took me a while to realise such and such was the such and such who like to do such and such with such and such kind of primates. So such and such is going back to Ignore List again.

aj does what with primates?!?!??!?!

He has been accusing me of having carnal relations with monkeys for a long time now. He thinks it's some kind of Indian slur.

i suppose that's a step up from doing female trolls.

My point still stands. Once you give them the money, it's their money. They can do whatever they want with it. You can't or shouldn't give someone money and say they can spend it on such and such unless you can somehow incentivise the person to spend it on such and such or prosecute them for not spending it exclusively on such and such.

Did you read the article? The money was spent at casino's, cruise ships, electronics and other things of leisure. Hard earned money taken away from taxpayers and given to people who "claim to need help" from social services. As a taxpayer, this pisses me off because their spending my money on things that don't fit into the "road to being a good and honest American that knows how to be responsible" category. These people pimp the system and they are selfish not realizing that the money they spend can actually go towards positive things. I've seen it first hand just about every day. My work allows me to go to different parts of the city and I see it exploited everywhere. I've seen liquor store owners allowing people to buy beer with "food stamps". These liquor store owners in the hood only care about their bottom line and don't give a fk about anything else. Take a drive to your local social service office, see people driving escalades with the big #### rims and you might ask yourself "is this where my money is going"?

If i were the king of california, these people would have to sign a contract to do at least 30 hours of community service per monthly payment and submit proof that their either going to school for training in a field or actively looking for work. And if a medical excuse is given then a full physical and note from two different doctors. One from that person's physician and one independent one. No can do? There are hundreds of miles of clean up along the freeways and they can work the farmlands, get paid and keep their benefits.
