getting ahold of NVC

I have call the NVC and emailed them but get auto response for e-mail and busy signal when i call how do I get ahold of them to find out status of wife's visa there and if it is been sent to the consulate. This is getting to be a chase the paperwork to find out anything.

They have busy signal always on the phone line. Use the REDIAL button couple of times. Haha. For the email, give them 10-15 days for a reply.

wife's visa? DoS knows about that.

Did you mean 'status of casefile' at NVC? That's a different beastie.

I hate busy signals, too - I got me a GoogleVoice account (it's free for USA calls)

and it has this 'auto-connect-redial' feature to it... (need a computer and a phone, though)
