Quick Question. The NOA1 [i-797C] that I received for my K3 application does not state the name of the beneficiary[my wife] anywhere. My name is obviously listed as the applicant.

Just wondering if this was 'normal' or not. Can someone please check their NOA1 for K3 and tell me if this was OK? :help:

Hi crifever,

My 797 had both the Petitioners name and the Beneficiarys name on it.

If you check the Gallery, you can see an example of what the 797 should look like.

I-797 is the NOA1 for I-130. Yes this has both the names.

My question is in context to I-797C which is an NOA1 for I-129F [K3]. Does this have the names of both the applicant and the beneficiary???

The I-797C for the K3 I-129F Petition for Spouse does NOT have my husbands name on it. Only my name as Applicant.

I just received my NOA2 today!!!! And that one has both of us, me as the Petitioner and him as the Beneficiary with an A# on it with his name.

Good Luck,

Michele

OUR K-3 INTERVIEW WAS ON NOV. 1ST @ 10:00!!!
