I just checked the USCIS page and this is what it says:

" If you live in the United States or abroad and are filing Form I-129F, then file your petition at:

For U.S. Postal Service:

USCIS

P.O. Box 660151

Dallas, TX 75266

Is this the address that needs to be put on both our Fiancé Letters of intent?

I think that's the address for the Lockbox Facility in Texas. All packets are actually sent there and sorted to be sent to wherever the service center for your region is.

Here's the address of the Texas Service Center.

USCIS TSC

4141 St. Augustine Rd.

Dallas, TX 75227

Please double check. Thanks :)

All petitions are sent to that Texas address now. That is the intake address, where they will receive your petition and cash your check. It will then be sent onto whichever processing center will actually fully process your petition. There are only 2 service centers that do this, California and Vermont. If you live in Texas, your service center would be Vermont. You could put the following address on your letters of intent:

USCIS

Vermont Service Center

Attn: I-129F

75 Lower Welden Street St.

Albans, VT 05479-0001

However, since the instructions no longer show which state goes to which service center, and only lists the Texas address to send your petition to, I think you could use the same Texas mailing address on your letters of intent and be fine as well.

Yeah, my bad, it should be Vermont.

It all gets sent to Texas then will be forwarded to Vermont. As I did not write letter of intent am not sure why you have to put an address on there anyways, is just a letter explaining your situation and intent to marry correct me if I am wrong.

In my case, I put the Vermont address on the letter of intent. My fiance is from NY. I think same thing goes for you, you mentioned your fiance is from Texas. It was a mistake on my part when I said that your paperwork will be processed at the Texas Service Center. Yours should be processed at Vermont too.

No need for CSC if you're filing I-129f - like the others said - it all goes to Texas now.

USCIS filing addresses

While it all goes to Texas, Texas won't be reviewing the petition. Texas will be forwarding it to Vermont or California. Whichever service center will be reviewing the petition, that's the address you should be putting on the letters of intent and cover letters.
