I put the address of the initial place I sent it to. The Texas lockbox. I am guessing that the address on that specific letter isn't extremely vital.

Thank you all for the help, i have been away for a little bit so i couldnt read your replies till today. I have already done my letter of intent, signed and and sent it, but i have put down the address in Vermont and when i read that they changed the address and all the papers now go to Texas, i got confused and concerned because i am trying my best not to mess this up. I know we all share the same faith here (being apart from the loved ones) but someone told my fiancé that the K1 package can be returned if we dont have everything in order, and like everyone else, we dont want to loose time on doing the same thing twice just because of the address :).

So i guess the bottom line is that the Vermont address which i already put is just fine?!? And yeah, i also agree that the address on that letter shouldnt be important because at the end it is just a statement, but you just cant be too sure about the bureaucracy and their special demands.

Thank you all :)

Ok, so i have put the address from Vermont on my letter of intent. Is there a chance that in case the address is wrong they may turn down our papers?? I know that the bureaucracy has its ways to mess things up over a tiny little insignificant information , that is why i was so worried about this address thing.

Thank you all for helping me out with this one...

Sorry, I don't know! I really don't think it's going to be an issue but I don't want to tell you that for sure. I know there's a ton of bureaucracy and they get weird about the silliest things, but I really don't think it's going to be a problem. Even if you fill out something wrong in your papers or forget to add something in, they simply send you an RFE, requesting additional information. And since the letter of intent is going to Vermont anyways, I think that it's going to be totally fine!

So, is there a standard form for the letter of intent or do you just write a letter?

Thank you ... The bureaucracy is the thing that sometimes scares me the most but we have to try and simply see what happens. I am about the fill in the letter, and than the G325-a form and i need to sign it and send it together with my boarding tickets .... ih... :)

As for the Letter of Intent, i did the same as everyone else here i guess...i used the form they have as an example on VJ, just switched the information.

Good luck!
