I just want to wish you the best of luck....but I have to say in one breath, David, you say you want to take it slow & that you are seeing other women, then in the other, you mention the K-1 again.

Either way, I hope you find the happiness you're looking for & wish you good luck!

Looks like her loss David! Time will heal your heart. Speaking from experience, get rid of all your pictures of her. You won't be able to move on until you do so. Pack them up and actually send them to her! The less you have to look back on the better. Just keep looking ahead... Good luck :luv: ~Debbie

Good luck, David! I hope for you that you've made the right decision, and I probably would have done the same. Just make sure to proceed slowly, especially with the visa. Not because it's a bad idea but because only time can tell what will happen to this relationship, but the visa does not give you enough time.

Hi Lisa -

As of two days ago, I've ended all conversations with other women. It's the right thing to do if I want to make this work. So that's no longer happening. My heart is into this woman and I am seeing proof that she is making a concerted to making this work as well.

cheers

David, she may very well be the love of your life and maybe the stuff that happened before is all behind you. So go and have an amazing trip and keep it positive.

At the same time, remember to take it slow and easy. Deciding to get married after knowing each other a short time is a huge decision in and of itself. But add to that all of the emotions that accompany the K1 process and add to that the entire process of moving and adjusting to life in a totally different country with someone you have been in a relationship with for a short time. See my point?

Like everyone has said, you sound like a great guy and your posts are rational and level-headed. We just don't want to see you get played and hurt!

Enjoy the warmth and the culture and keep both your heart AND your eyes open. You know you can trust your gut and in the end you have to listen to yourself!

Lots of luck
