When does the reminder to Remove Conditions come in from USCIS? I am about 5weeks away from the 90-day window and I have started looking out for it.

2001-2008 F1

08/2008 - AOS VSC

07/2009 - end of 8yrs of grad sch

02/14/09 - ID, GC approved

02/27/09 - CGC rcvd

11/16/2010 - 751 sent - CSC

03/29/2011 - 751 approved

11/15/11 - N400 Sent

11/18/11 - Notice Date

01/27/12 - Interview Date

03/15/12 - Oath Ceremony

When does the reminder to Remove Conditions come in from USCIS? I am about 5weeks away from the 90-day window and I have started looking out for it.

Ours came in 'about' 3 weeks prior to filing......we were already to file anyway, it was a nice gesture to receive it, but not necessary.

5-24-2010 - Sent I-751 to Vermont Service Center via USPS (receipt/signature required)

5-25-2010 - Delivered to Vermont Service Center & Signed For

6-1-2010 - I-751 Receipt Notice Received in Mail (dated 5/26/10)

*time Passed

7-30-2010 - Biometrics date: August 13, 2010

8-13-2010 - Biometrics Finished

*time passed

8-30-2010 - email received 'card production ordered'

8-31-2010 - touch (updated on uscis as approved)

9-4-2010 - Received 10yr Green Card ** Now we relax **

Ya, this 'operate' seems tedious, yes?

There's been some members here who have reported much problems with address changes, specifically in conjunction with 'this notice' -

as the notice was nixed back via USPS ? USCIS goes nuts, does terrible things to yer casefile status, etc etc.

If you have some time, try to find them, using the 'advanced search' tool here -

search terms -

'address notice ROC'

then turn on 'show as posts'

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

We didn't get on and everything was fine (we had also moved and sent in change of address). They send everything to the address on the ROC forms. :thumbs:

We got a reminder as well. Come to think of it, it was around 3 weeks before we could first file, in July. But yeah, it seems like a lot of folks are not getting them.

I hadn't changed our address yet so I can't vouch for that but I do recall people posting about having problems with stuff going to the old address. We got THREE total confirmations from our change of address notifications in August (one from my husband's AR-11 and two from my I-865) AND we used the new address on the I-751, so we'll see if they get it right in the end.

November 22 - Married in Bulgaria.
CR-1 - 2008
January 7 I-130 sent - APPROVED in 106 days.
Interview - APPROVED 175 days from NOA-1 date
ROC - 2010-2011
October 5 - I-751 sent APPROVED 111 days from NOA-1 date, no interview.
NATURALIZATION - 2012
APPROVED 79 days.
May 9 - Oath ceremony - in Oakland, CA.

Nov 15 - I-130 sent. NOA-1 received from MSC.
Jan 22 - APPROVED 65 days from NOA-1. Never transferred to field office.

Feb 26 - Got NVC Case # and Invoice ID #

March 19 - Sent e-mail Choice of Agent, without scan of DS-3032. Paid AOS fee ($88).
April 1 - Choice of Agent information accepted (10th "working day" to accept).
April 3 - IV invoice appeared. Paid IV fee ($230).
April 11 - Sent IV package and AOS package TOGETHER. Confirmed delivery April 15.

April 26 - Case Complete (10th working day)

May 14 - Interview date assigned (12th working day)

June 5 - Interview in Sofia - VISA GRANTED!!!

June 16 - POE @ SFO. No problems. He's a citizen now!

Oct 4 - US Passport received. (SS card received some time in the summer; had to go to SSA office to obtain)
