My fiance sent the package to the texas office on Oct 5th and was received on the 11th but no NOA1 and the check hasn't even cashed either... Seems like others that sent it a day before or after have already received both though... This kinda worries me.

I'm sure you will receive it soon. My package arrived on the 5th however they officially received it on the 8th. Our NAO1 arrived on the 16th.

weve been waiting since june 19th,the first notice of action was july first.

this needs to be moved to filing and progress report,also OP,there is already an october petitioners thread,you might fund more support and info there

hi everyone, i am happy i think, uscis received my I-129 on oct. 13 and this morning when i woke up i checked my email and my account, no email but they have cashed the check!!!! Today is oct. 19 monday morning, so it happened pretty quick, 6 days with 2 of those being weekend, i am happy, but why no email? any suggestions?

10/11/2010 - I-129F sent via USPS

10/19/2010 - NOA1 hard copy received, dated 10/15/2010

04/08/2011- received NOA2 hard copy, dated 04/05/2011

04/12/2011- NVC received petition

04/18/2011- received letter from NVC

04/18/2011- Manila embassy received petition

04/27/2011- medical exam passed

05/04/2011- appointment letter received dated 06/01/2011

06/01/2011- appointment date, put on administrative review

06/24/2011- visa granted

06/29/2011- received visa

07/18/2011- cfo class

07/21/2011- arrived in America

09/02/2011- happily married!

12/06/2011- received email and text from USCIS with MSC number

I was looking at your siganture and that's a bit weird because I thought they we're issuing RFE for a missing document/form, other than I-129F. :blink:

Even if you get one this quick it's a good sign, it means they're working on your case and after they receive your missing evidence/forms, they'll approve the petition. So... the dream was not a nightmare, it was a nice dream actually. :D

They said when they looked in the application the docs were actually there and they were going to process it on the Monday - the 18th, BUT still nothing :(
