one month to go to our 5th mon. hope we get our noa2 in less than a month with no rfe pls. Lord!

You do know that your 5 month wait begins at the date of the NOA1, not the date that you sent the package. Just FYI.

another sept. filer got approved!!! hope they're really starting approving all sept. filers so we're next in line... :dance:

130 days since noa1, we are still waiting :-( I think i will start calling when 5th month has reached, maybe ask for second level support.

Day 140 today. It is bittersweet. At this point I just pray that I get it in the next 10 days. That is all I can hope for. Please, please, please don't make me go more than 150. This was already difficult enough.

i just received an email from USCIS about our expedite request,

they are asking for additional information

so hopefully I can get that done today and fax it over at minimum by tomorrow morning.

hopefully it is approved.

it was based on humanitarian reasons and my congressman sent it two weeks ago, but they are just now getting to me.

im not sure if they ill approve and if there is a government shutdown we could all be SOL for a while

Did you all see "rek pooh" got approved and they were October filers! Some are saying Vermont might process sep & oct together. I do not know how that will work but NOA2 are might not be too far :-)

I do not like weekends because vermont will not process any applications in weekends. More september filers are approved....
