I have a somewhat complicated situation.

My wife came here on a K1 visa, from Brasil, we were married and she now has a 2 year Green Card.

I am considering taking a new job outside Hong Kong.

This will be a 2 to 6 year job.

The wife is in Brasil at this time.

The first time she travels to Hong Kong, through the U.S. she will still have a valid Green Card.

The timing is such that when she returns to and from Brasil, twice a year, her Green Card will be expired, we will not be in the U.S. to apply for the 10 Green Card.

How do they work forign nationals, which she will be without the green card, but she will have a valid China Visa, traveling through U.S. airports?

After the 6 years I will be retiring and moving to Brasil.

Please, if you do not have any pertinent information do not reply.
